WINBOX LOGIN FOR DUMMIES

When I click on into Tabs then CTRL+File functions although not from listing of managed routers and this operates by yrs. Please correct this.I don't need to audio so negatively but some truly poor techniques (concerning UI) manufactured it into this new Winbox. Are there any UI/UX designers Operating for/at Mikrotik?Other linked situation is incap
